Marco Petrini

Marco Petrini serves as the Unique Administrator at Socopet S.r.l., a company specializing in the production of PET containers with standard and special properties since September 2015. Additionally, since November 2022, Marco holds the position of Counselor at the Federazione Nazionale BioFarmaceutica. As a sports commentator for motorsport with Eurosport since 2007, Marco combines a passion for racing with expertise gained as a race driver. Marco is also the Founder of the SocoJars brand, possessing exclusive technology for high-barrier PET packaging. Prior to these roles, Marco co-founded Startupangels, an accelerator for startups, from 2016 to 2022, and owned Socoplas Srl from 1997 to 2013. Educationally, Marco holds degrees in economics from Università degli Studi di Parma and Tilburg University.
