Carolyn Baskerville, MRICS, has extensive experience in building control and regulatory services. Carolyn held positions as a Building Control Surveyor at STMC Building Control Ltd from October 2005 to December 2011, Regional Operations Manager at Aedis Regulatory Services Ltd from December 2011 to October 2015, and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at SOCOTEC Building Control since February 2018.
