Rob S. has extensive experience in building control and project management, currently serving as a Senior Building Control Project Manager at SOCOTEC since 2006. Prior to this role, Rob S. held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cardiff County Council from September 1990 to August 2006, and served as a Building Control Surveyor there. Rob S. began a career in building control as a Building Control Officer at Rhondda Borough Council from July 1984 to September 1990. Educational qualifications include a BSc Hons in Building Control Surveying from both the University of South Wales and the University of Glamorgan.
