Jon Gould

Jon Gould is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in resourcing and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Resourcing at SOCOTEC UK since October 2021, Jon previously held significant roles at Greene King, where responsibilities included Senior Resourcing Partner and Recruitment Delivery Manager, and at Rolls-Royce, where Jon managed client services and specialized in recruitment for the nuclear division. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Syntax Consultancy Ltd, focusing on IT recruitment, and foundational roles at Phones 4U and YHA in sales and marketing. Jon holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire.
