Dubi Ben-Shoham

Dubi Ben-Shoham has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dubi began their career in 1990 in the financial services sector and worked for a boutique investment bank in Los Angeles. Dubi then transitioned into the entertainment industry, working for independent film studios in production and distribution of independent feature films. In 2002, they joined the company Innovations as an Executive Search Consultant, where they recruited for various roles in finance and investment management. From 2011 to 2017, Ben-Shoham served as the Vice President of Operations & Client Service at EQIS - Reinventing Wealth Management, where they managed a team responsible for client service, trading, and general administration. In 2018, they worked as a Relationship Manager at Kaiser Permanente and Senior Recruiter at Kelvin Inc. Most recently, starting in 2019, Ben-Shoham has been the Head of Talent Acquisition at Socotra, an innovative technology company focused on transforming the insurance industry.

Dubi Ben-Shoham obtained a BA degree in Strategic Management from Dominican University.
