Vic Valenzuela

Vic Valenzuela has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Vic is currently the Director of the National Sales Team at Socotra, where they oversee the transformation of core technology operations for P&C and Life distribution. Prior to this, Vic worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Socotra and Gradient AI. Vic also served as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Insurity.

Before their experience in the technology sector, Vic worked at Vertafore, where they held various positions including National Senior Sales Manager for Carrier/MGA, Information, and Rating, National Sales Manager for Carrier and MGA Mid-Market, and Account Executive in the MGA and Wholesale Market. Vic also worked at Nova Financial Group, Safe Harbor Financial Consultants, and Larson Financial Inc. as a Sales Manager.

Vic began their career at Nalco as a District Representative and spent several years in the US Navy as a Department Head.

Vic Valenzuela obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Bronze Certification from Sandler in February 2023 and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in November 2014. It is not specified when they obtained the Customer Centric Sales Certification.
