Susan Ward

Susan Ward is an accomplished professional in digital learning and instructional design with over two decades of experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Learning & Innovation at Socratic Arts since April 2016, Susan collaborates with stakeholders to design and manage educational programs. Prior roles include Principal ISD/IA/UXD Design Lead at Learning Solutions Group, where Susan developed training initiatives for multinational corporations, and Senior Information Architect/User Experience Designer at TerpSys, where Susan facilitated stakeholder sessions and applied usability analysis. Susan has also held significant positions in the medical industry with AcceleraRomar and worked at America Online, managing online help and user interface design. Educationally, Susan holds a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
