Cain Ullah is a purpose-driven leader and entrepreneur with a strong passion for AI, sustainability, and social mobility. They co-founded and served as CEO of Red Badger, a digital product and innovation consultancy, and continue to contribute as a board director. Cain is also a founding trustee of Mission Beyond, aimed at addressing social mobility challenges, and actively participates as a mentor in various initiatives focused on diversity and climate innovation. Currently, they hold the position of Chairperson of the Board at SoDA: The Digital Society and serve on the advisory board of 20-first, a consultancy dedicated to gender balance in leadership.
