Melanie Pearl

Melanie Pearl is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Vice President, Managing Director, and Head of Marketing Creativity & Performance at Valtech, as well as a member of SoDA: The Digital Society and Chief. With extensive experience in digital marketing and agency management, Melanie has held various leadership positions since joining Union in 2014, where responsibilities included driving organizational health and communication as Vice President & Managing Director for North America. Previously, Melanie held roles at multiple firms, such as Marketing Director at TSI Healthcare and Account Manager at various agencies, demonstrating a consistent track record of strategic thought leadership and client management. Melanie holds a degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
