John Michael King

John Michael King is currently the Associate Director of Implementation at Soda Health. Prior to this, they worked as an Implementation Project Manager and Lead Implementation Manager / Product Operations Manager at Rally Health.

King has extensive experience in leading multi-phased implementations, including a public-facing cross-carrier healthcare cost estimation tool for the Mayo Clinic. John has also managed strategic client accounts through their implementations of the Rally Engage wellness product. In their previous role as Lead Implementation Manager / Product Operations Manager, King directed a strategic program that unified three major product lines into a single experience platform. John also launched three Medicare-focused digital health products by designing and enacting new delivery processes and implementation best practices.

John Michael King earned their BBA in Finance and Public Policy from the College of William and Mary - The Mason School of Business. John is certified in Smartsheet, ADT/Prelude Enterprise Inpatient Registration, Cadence Enterprise Scheduling, EpicCare - Ambulatory EMR, EpicCare - Home Health, EpicCare - Hospice, Home Health Billing, Hospice Billing, and Resolute Hospital Billing.
