Alona Sadan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries, including HR technology and analytics, gaming, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Global HR Technology & People Analytics Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. since February 2019, Alona previously held senior project management roles at NGSoft Ltd., 888holdings, Orange, Citi, Alvarion Ltd., and Intel Corporation. Alona’s expertise encompasses end-to-end project management, system and business analysis, UX/UI coordination, and resource management. With strong analytical skills in user behavior and market analysis, Alona has successfully managed multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements and user needs while delivering impactful results. Alona holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Information Technology from the University of Haifa.
