Daniel Alkaly has extensive experience in global service operations, training, and customer care management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Service Operations & Performance Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. since November 2020, Daniel oversees the development and implementation of training strategies for customer service teams worldwide. Previously, Daniel held leadership roles, including Director of Global Customer Care at Galooli Ltd. and Knowledge and Training Manager at StartApp Inc., where responsibilities included knowledge management, training program development, and enhancing communication tools. Daniel's career also includes account management and customer success roles at Conduit and Celebros, respectively, showcasing a strong background in client relations and performance improvement. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University.
