Leopold Stratenus has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Leopold started their career in 1999 as an Account Manager at Unilever before moving on to become a Brand Manager at Sara Lee in 2002. In 2005, they joined Philips as a Senior Product Manager and later took on various roles within the company, including Marketing Director and Head of Marketing for Oral Health Care in North America.
From 2012 to 2014, Leopold served as the Head of Digital, E-commerce, and Market Transformation at Philips. Leopold then transitioned to become the Vice President and General Manager of Single Serve and Drip Coffee appliances, where they had full P&L responsibility for the global category.

Leopold was later promoted to the role of CEO for North America, where they developed a new strategy to maximize the growth potential of the region.
Leopold's most recent work experience is as the SVP and Chief Growth Officer at SodaStream International, Ltd., starting in 2023.
Leopold Stratenus obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from Utrecht University from 1993 to 1999. Leopold also has an additional certification in Finance For Executives Programme from INSEAD, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
