Narkis Fleishon

Narkis Fleishon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Narkis started their career as an Operational HQ Team Leader at Security Service from June 2007 to February 2011. Narkis then interned as an Organization Consultancy Intern at Israel Transport Police from March 2012 to August 2012. Following that, they worked as a ROC Manufacturing employee at Intel Corporation from March 2011 to September 2012. Narkis also worked as a Training Developer and Implementation professional at Orbotech from May 2013 to September 2013.

Most recently, Narkis held various positions at SodaStream International, Ltd. Narkis started as a Training & Learning Specialist from September 2013 to April 2015. Narkis then became an Operations Training & OD Manager from May 2015 to April 2017. Narkis further progressed to the role of HR Business Leader from May 2017 to August 2020 and subsequently served as the Director of HR, Global Learning and OD from September 2020 to May 2022. Currently, Narkis works as the HR Director at SodaStream International, Ltd. Netherlands, a role they have held since May 2022.

Narkis Fleishon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, with a focus on Middle East Studies, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2007 and 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at Ono Academic College from 2010 to 2012.
