Kris Medford has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at SoDel Concepts since January 2017. Previously, Kris held the position of General Manager at Northeast Seafood Kitchen and Papa Grandes Coastal Taqueria from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Earlier roles included General Manager at Catch 54 from 2007 to 2008, as well as a Bartender at Bluecoast Seafood Grill from 2003 to 2013, focusing on customer service in a high-paced environment.
