Susanna Stålhammar

Susanna Stålhammar serves as HR-ansvarig at Region Stockholm since April 2023, focusing on transformation work, change leadership, and skills inventory as an HR partner to management. Previously, Susanna held the position of HR Business Partner at Kunskapsskolan i Sverige, supporting one of the largest private education groups in Sweden. Susanna's extensive HR consulting experience includes roles at Täby kommun and Huddinge kommun, where responsibilities involved serving as an independent HR partner within educational sectors. Susanna also worked at Socialstyrelsen as an HR Specialist and has a diverse background in various educational institutions, including HR consulting and teaching roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Human Resource Management from Stockholm University, along with several certifications in psychology, coaching, and leadership development.
