Chris Rouser is a senior HR executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sodexo, overseeing a national team that supports over 40,000 employees across North America. Previously, Chris held leadership roles at prominent companies including Comcast, Verizon, and Inspire Brands, where they drove talent acquisition and HR strategies across multiple sectors. Chris's extensive experience includes transforming global talent acquisition at Advanced Technology Services and providing HR business partnership support at Verizon. They are also an Advisory Board Member at Airvet and continue to further their education with a BS in Business Administration at the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Towson University.
