Deborah Spencer

Deborah Spencer has extensive experience in business process management and compliance, currently serving as a Business Process Lead at Sodexo since January 2007. In this strategic role, Deborah focuses on delivering end-to-end business processes and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Deborah held positions as Compliance Auditor and Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included performing financial and operational audits and managing a team dedicated to enhancing risk management and governance processes across the UK and ROI. Deborah's career began at Ashton West End Primary School, serving as Bursar from September 1996 to January 2007. Deborah's educational background includes attendance at Ashton Grammar School from 1971 to 1976.
