Edwin Johnson is currently the Director of Clinical Nutrition Services at Sodexo, where they manage a team of clinical dietitians and support staff to enhance nutritional care within healthcare facilities. With previous roles as an Ambulatory Clinical Nutrition Manager and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at various organizations, they have developed extensive programs aimed at improving patient outcomes through evidence-based nutritional practices.
