Eric Jouane

Eric Jouane is an experienced executive with a robust background in facilities management and global operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities Management for Continental Europe at Sodexo since September 1998, Eric oversees FM services generating significant revenue in the COEU region. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of North America Facilities Management, where Eric led technical activities and managed the Facilities Management platform, and Group Vice President of Global Transformation, focusing on operational and organizational enhancements within Sodexo Group. Eric also held CEO positions in Sodexo Oman and Sodexo Algeria & Tunisia, managing large-scale operations with substantial P&L responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as COO for Africa & Middle-East at ESACO International, specializing in healthcare construction and project management. Eric holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kedge Business School.
