Julien Borrel

Julien Borrel serves as DAF Santé-Médico Social and CFO for the Seniors Segment at Sodexo France since June 2021, overseeing revenue of €520 million with a workforce of 5,000 employees across 1,000 sites and 800 clients. Julien has extensive experience at Sodexo, having held various financial leadership roles from January 2009 to May 2020, including Global Business Performance Director, where revenues reached €5.6 billion across 37 countries, and Group Financial Systems & Processes Director, managing financial systems for an organization reporting €20.2 billion in revenues. Career contributions also include financial control, performance management, and system optimization across multiple regions and sectors, with earlier roles featuring business analysis at IFP Energies nouvelles and Sartomer - Arkema. Julien holds a Master’s degree in Management specializing in Finance from Audencia and a DCG from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
