Kristy Twait-Gurung is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Sodexo since January 2018, Kristy leads the talent management and employee development strategy for the $3B North America Healthcare Segment, focusing on building a high-performance culture. Prior to this role, Kristy held multiple leadership positions at Gallo Wine Company and Frito-Lay, including Director of Human Resources at both organizations. With a strong foundation in HR processes, strategy development, and team leadership, Kristy has successfully supported business growth and operational success throughout a career that began with roles at Delta Air Lines and PepsiCo. Kristy holds an MBA from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State College.
