Liz Derosier is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in catering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Catering for SodexoMagic at Delaware State University since December 2022, Liz previously held various managerial roles at SodexoLive!, including General Manager at Bousquet Mountain and a range of positions at Sodexo from 2001 to 2021, such as General Manager at Plimoth Plantation and the Delaware Art Museum. Prior experience includes roles such as Sales Manager at the Chase Center on the Riverfront and Banquet Manager at Longwood Gardens, along with early career work at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Catering Captain. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Boston University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
