Marc Martinez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and culinary operations. Since March 2013, Marc has held various leadership roles at Sodexo, progressing from Executive Chef to General Manager II. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Johnny Garlic's California Pasta Grill & Tex Wasabi's Rock-N-Roll Sushi-BBQ, and Sous Chef at Restaurants Unlimited and Mccormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc.
