Matt Winterburn is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with extensive experience in leading global initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Senior Vice President of HSE, Business Improvement and Growth Support, and Workforce Management at Sodexo since June 2022, Matt Winterburn previously held the position of Global Vice President HSE at Arla Foods from January 2015 to June 2022, where notable achievements included developing a global supply chain sustainability strategy. Matt Winterburn has also contributed to Carlsberg Group in various capacities, culminating as Head of SH&E and CSR, focusing on societal engagement and sustainable packaging. Earlier career roles include various technical and operational management positions at Coca-Cola from 1997 to 2006. Educational background includes study at The University of Sheffield.
