Rachel Stephen is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global category management and sourcing strategies. Currently serving as Senior Global Category Manager for Hot Beverages at Sodexo since June 2020, Rachel leads a complex spend category valued at approximately €100M across 52 countries and has developed the first comprehensive global strategy for Chemicals focused on sustainability. Prior to this role, Rachel held key positions including EU Procurement Manager at People Against Dirty, and various procurement roles at Unilever, Howdens Joinery, and thebigword. Rachel's expertise encompasses negotiation, supplier relationship management, and driving innovative procurement solutions, supported by a BSc in French with Translation Studies from Aston University.
