Sachin Gandole

Sachin Gandole has over 20 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management within the food and hospitality industries. Currently serving as General Manager HSE and Regional HSE Lead Sodexo at Google for the APAC region since January 2020, Sachin previously held roles such as Assistant General Manager- HSE at Sodexo Food Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and HSE Manager at Al-Suwaidi Holding Company. Sachin's expertise includes leading Food Safety Programs, implementing Health Safety and Food Safety Management Systems, and driving continuous improvement across various business units. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology and Food Technology and Processing from the University Department of Chemical Technology, along with a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Sri Datta Meghe Polytechnic.
