Tom Kerpelis

Tom Kerpelis serves as the Vice President of Digital & Technology Transformation at Sodexo NorAm Corporate Services, where responsibilities include leading regional digital and data initiatives and collaborating with both regional and global Digital & Technology leaders to drive agile growth in operations. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Director of Technology & Innovation at Roth, a Sodexo Company, from January 2004 to August 2022. With a background that includes ten years in Mechanical Engineering, over twenty-two years in Energy Management and Building Automation, and fourteen years in Call Center and Service Deployment, Tom also possesses an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, alongside military training in Diesel Engineering and Administrative/Risk Management from the USMC.
