Won Park Costof

Won Park Costof serves as the Group Chief Brand and Marketing Officer at Sodexo since May 2023, leading marketing transformation efforts for brand-led growth. Previously, Won held the role of SVP & Head of US Luxury Brands/Direct to Consumers at Revlon Inc. and served as SVP of Strategic Marketing at Samsung Electronics America, where initiatives included the development of the Multi-Device Experience platform. A long tenure at Samsung Electronics involved positions such as Corporate SVP of Global Marketing for Digital Appliances & Smart Home, leading marketing strategies that significantly enhanced brand awareness and market leadership. Early career experience at L'Oréal included roles as Managing Director for Korea Active Cosmetics, where business growth was achieved through strategic market positioning, and various positions in the Professional and Consumer Divisions. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University, a CEDEP from INSEAD, and a Master's degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
