Laura Garrot

Laura Garrot is an experienced professional in sustainable development and transformation within the agro-food sector. Currently serving as Responsable de la transformation at SODIAAL since March 2021, Laura oversees the strategic plan "Grandir Ensemble" and internal transformation dynamics for the company. Previously, Laura held roles as Directrice Développement Durable and Responsable RSE at Candia, where responsibilities included defining and implementing the group's sustainable development strategy and integrating environmental and societal commitments into brand strategy and innovation. Prior experience includes project leadership in sustainable development consulting at GreenFlex, focusing on agricultural and agro-food sectors. Laura holds an engineering degree from AgroParisTech, specializing in innovation management and performance in living enterprises, alongside a preparatory class diploma in biological and physical sciences.
