Mahmoud Sweilam

Mahmoud Sweilam is a Senior Cost Estimation & Cost Control Engineer at SODIC since February 2016, with extensive experience in project cost determination across various phases for architectural and structural work items. Prior to SODIC, Mahmoud worked as a Quantity Surveyor at rmc raafat.miller.consultants, where responsibilities included quantity take-offs and cost estimating. Earlier roles include serving as a civil engineer at Asfour Crystal, where site management and payment certificate preparation were key tasks, and as a QS Cost Estimator at Engineering Consultants Group S.A. Mahmoud has contributed to notable projects such as the Jabal Omar development in Makkah and various SODIC residential and commercial developments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University and a PRMG in Construction Projects Management from The American University in Cairo.
