Soledad Sellanes

Soledad Sellanes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Personas at Sodimac since May 2023. Prior to this role, Soledad held various significant positions at Despegar from August 2010 to March 2022, including HR Director for Uruguay and Colombia and HR Sr Manager for Uruguay, among others. Earlier in career, Soledad worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CIM&ASOCIADOS from 2006 to 2010 and in personnel selection at Adecco Uruguay in 2006. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' earned between 2010 and 2011 and a Licentiate in Psychology from the same institution from 2002 to 2008.
