Camille Teicheira

Camille Teicheira has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Sofar Ocean. From 2017 to 2020, they were a world traveler on a long term holiday, documenting their adventure at http://there.today. Camille visited 26 countries by plane, train, bus, motorcycle, horse, and 4x4 camper van. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at Mapbox, where they designed and built a massive scalable pipeline for collecting, storing, and analyzing telemetry data from mobile devices running the Mapbox SDKs. Camille was a Fellow at Hackbright Academy in 2013. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Studio Manager at Stamen and a Happiness Manager at Ridejoy. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Production Staff at INNA Jam, where they were a key member of the production and business team and was responsible for proper functioning of production equipment, food safety, and increasing efficiency while maintaining very high quality. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Kitchen Manager at the Berkeley Student Cooperative, where they managed a $100,000 budget to provide all organic, local, vegetarian food service to cooperative members. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Head Cook at the Berkeley Student Cooperative, where they prepared vegan/vegetarian meals for 60-150 house members.

Camille Teicheira attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
