Tim Barnes

Tim Barnes is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience in startups and established companies. Currently, Tim serves as Co-Founder of Scout, which accelerates funding for impact-driven founders through AI solutions. Tim also provides advisory expertise at Sofar Ocean and holds membership at South Park Commons. Previously, Tim founded 4Climate, facilitating access to climate-positive products, and played a pivotal role at Inspire as VP of Product & Growth, where leadership in product design and engineering contributed to the company’s acquisition by Shell. Tim has held senior roles at Instacart, Arcadia, and Contactually, significantly impacting product and engineering initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Epidemiology from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Susquehanna University.
