Yaseen Rajab Ali has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Yaseen Rajab began their career in 1985 as a Senior Systems Manager at Noble Computer Services (Pvt.) Limited and worked there until 1994. Yaseen Rajab then joined Reckitt/Benckiser Pakistan Limited as a Systems Manager (Head of IT) from 1996 to 1998, where they provided IT strategic roles and support for business objectives. From 1998 to 2003, Yaseen worked at Pharmacia as the Head of IT for Pakistan, responsible for implementing IT initiatives and supporting global ERP and applications. Yaseen then joined Sofcom (Pvt.) Limited in 2003 and held various roles, including BT Consultant and Head of Sales/Marketing, until 2011. At United Bank Limited, they served as Manager Payroll and Settlements from 2011 to 2017 and as Divisional Head - HR Systems and Operational Risk from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Yaseen is the General Manager - Operations at Sofcom (Pvt.) Limited since November 2018.

Yaseen Rajab Ali completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management at PIM in 2012. The field of study focused on Human Resources Management and Services.
