Tinsley Dempsey

Tinsley Dempsey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

In 2000, Tinsley worked at TouchWorx as a Project Manager, Software Trainer, and Salesperson for a year.

From 2000 to 2005, Tinsley served as the Director of Operations at Dogwood Studios, where they managed a team of artists and handled day-to-day operations.

In 2005, Tinsley joined Color Theory Studios as an Art Director/Artist. They curated and facilitated mural projects, managed staff, and oversaw product quality.

In 2006, Tinsley started their own business, Pattern Design, as the Decorative Artist and Owner. They managed operations, oversaw production, and handled sales and marketing.

From 2012 to 2013, Tinsley worked as the Art Director at Vermillion Atelier, where they managed day-to-day operations, nurtured staff talents, and focused on sales and marketing.

In 2014, Tinsley served as the Creative Director at OFF THE WALL - Nashville, a non-profit organization specializing in contemporary street art. They handled curation, fundraising, marketing, and project management.

At The 404 Hotel in 2014 and 2015, Tinsley worked as the General Manager, responsible for reservations, customer service, and maintaining the hotel's style.

From 2016 to 2018, Tinsley worked at Buckingham Companies as an Experience Manager, overseeing an 80,000 sq. ft development and managing a hotel, luxury apartments, and retail spaces.

From 2018 to 2021, Tinsley served as the General Manager of Vandyke Bed & Beverage. They managed an 8-room boutique hotel and cocktail bar, handling various responsibilities such as project management, interior design, talent buying, and social media marketing.

Currently, Tinsley is the Director of Business Development at Sofer Advisors, a position they assumed in July 2021.

Tinsley Dempsey attended Carl Harrison High School from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a College Prep High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at The University of Georgia from 1994 to 2000. At the university, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art. In addition to their formal education, Tinsley Dempsey also holds a certification as a Nashville Brand Ambassador from the Nashville Convention and Visitors Center.
