Paul Sylvia

Paul Sylvia currently serves as the Vice President of Work, Wellness & Sport at Sofft Shoe Company Inc., a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Paul Sylvia was the National Sales Manager and Key Account Executive at Sofft Shoe Company from November 2006 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing operations of the Independent Retail distribution channel and overseeing multi-million dollar accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and National Sales Manager at Dexter Shoe from September 2002 to November 2006, as well as holding director positions in e-Commerce and Development at HH Brown from March 2000 to September 2002. Paul Sylvia obtained a degree from Plymouth State University from 1990 to 1995.
