Baggio Dominguez

Baggio Dominguez has a diverse work experience in facility operations and event management. Baggio began their career as an Operations Assistant at StubHub, where they assisted with event setups and completed daily task sheets. Baggio then joined the Los Angeles Chargers as part of the Stadium Operations team, where they supported the Director of Stadium Operations in various tasks, including checking cleanliness, preparing the stadium for events, and assisting with stadium security. Baggio also worked as the LA Wildcats Manager of Football Game Operations for the XFL, where they were responsible for coordinating team logistics, ensuring stadium readiness, and communicating with league officials and team coaches. Baggio later joined LA Galaxy as part of the Field Operations team. Baggio's most recent role has been with SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, initially as a Facility Operations Lead and currently as a Facility Operations Coordinator. In these roles, they coordinated daily facility operations, organized operational tasks, and assisted with documentation of facility damages. Overall, Baggio has consistently demonstrated their strong organizational and operational skills in the sports and events industry.
