Charles Bertole has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sports and entertainment industry. Charles is currently working as an Assistant Manager in the Box Office at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. Prior to this, they held positions at the University of Southern California as an Assistant Manager and Lead Supervisor for Trojan Check/Campus Access. Charles also worked at the Los Angeles Football Club as a Guest Experience Coordinator and Supervisor, as well as a Premium Services Representative. Charles has additional experience with the Los Angeles Dodgers, LA Clippers, Los Angeles Rams, Rose Bowl Stadium, Golden State Warriors, Lynmar Estate, and Oracle Arena & O.co Coliseum (AEG), where they gained valuable skills in guest services, hospitality, sales, and marketing.

Charles Bertole obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Sonoma State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in "Modern Ticketing Essentials: Beyond the Ticket" from Front Office Sports, obtained in May 2022, and "Sports Industry Essentials" from Columbia University School of Professional Studies, obtained in April 2017.
