Kris Balles has a diverse background in security and surveillance operations. They began their career as a Police Cadet at Pasadena City College in 2006 and later worked as a Security Officer for AEG from 2008 to 2009. Kris then joined IPC International as a Security Supervisor in 2009, where they patrolled premises, responded to alarms, and maintained security. In 2012, Kris transitioned to AEG again, this time as the Lead Public Safety Dispatcher of Daily Operations. They were responsible for interviewing and training new dispatchers, scheduling, conducting audits, and monitoring CCTV cameras. In 2015, Kris joined the University of Southern California as a Surveillance Operations Supervisor, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Kris holds multiple roles at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, starting as an Event Security Specialist in 2020, becoming the Assistant Manager of Building Security in 2020, and currently serving as the Building Security Manager from July 2022.
