Alexandra Downing

Alexandra Downing is a seasoned professional in operations and customer service with a robust background in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Enablement at SoFi since January 2018, Alexandra has held multiple leadership roles including Senior Manager of Originations and Senior Operations Manager of Escalations. Prior to joining SoFi, Alexandra accumulated valuable experience at Navient from May 2012 to December 2017, where roles included Education Specialist and Customer Service Supervisor II, focusing on employee training and customer service excellence. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Wilmington University.
