Hien Ladia

Hien Ladia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Business Controls Lead at SoFi, where they are responsible for designing and constructing the first line of defense controls function to manage risk and compliance within business units. Prior to this role, Hien worked at Freddie Mac in various leadership positions, including Business Transformation Director, Operational Risk Director, Financial Controller Director, Assistant Controller Director, Financial Analysis Director, Financial Analysis Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. They also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Oracle and held the role of Director of Finance and Accounting Controller at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems. Hien's early career includes the role of Senior Financial Analyst and Grants Manager at Pact, as well as a Senior Auditor at Grossberg Company LLP.

Hien Ladia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Virginia State Board of Accountancy. Hien holds a Master of Science degree in Management from American University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
