Kari Scheidt

Kari Scheidt currently serves as the Director of Employee Engagement and Experience at SoFi, where the focus is on enhancing employee engagement and loyalty through a variety of programs, including engagement surveys and recognition initiatives. Previously, Kari held roles at SoFi as Director of Talent Brand and Engagement and Principal Talent Brand Manager, emphasizing the improvement of internal and external perceptions of the company. Prior experience at Salesforce includes serving as Global Recruitment Marketing Manager, leading initiatives aimed at increasing representation, as well as developing recruitment marketing strategies in the APAC region. Kari's earlier roles include various recruitment and event coordination positions at Google and other organizations. Kari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, along with international studies in business management from the International College of Management in Sydney.
