Laura Fayer

Laura Fayer serves as the Sr. Director and Business Lead Member at SoFi since June 2020, overseeing member engagement through digital platforms and acting as General Manager for SoFi Relay, a key growth initiative. Prior to this, Laura held the role of Director of Growth Operations at Great Jones, where strategic expansions increased the company's footprint and refined financial operations. Earlier career experiences include positions at Accenture as Strategy Manager and as a teacher, recognized with a national teaching excellence nomination. Educational qualifications include dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Education from Stanford University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies from Georgetown University.
