Natalie Sojka

Natalie Sojka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and executive support within high-profile organizations. Since February 2019, Natalie has held the position of Director of CEO Operations at SoFi, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to SoFi, Natalie worked at WeWork from October 2017 to February 2019 as Team Lead for the US & Canada West and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Additional experience includes positions at TPG Sixth Street Partners as an Executive Assistant, Finchwood Capital as an Operations Associate, Balyasny Asset Management as an Investment Team Coordinator, and Artisan Partners as a Research Assistant. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Mary's College of California in 2012.
