Samathmika Balaji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design and program management. Currently serving as Principal Learning Experience Program Manager at SoFi, Samathmika leads learning architecture and delivery strategy for the Talent Management Business unit, focusing on learning impact and ROI. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Learning and Delivery at SoFi, where responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership in curriculum design, team management, and program administration for operational training across multiple functions.
