Sean Duggan

Sean Duggan is an accomplished data engineering and analytics professional with extensive experience in people analytics and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a Staff Data Engineer at SoFi, Sean has a proven track record of designing and deploying data pipelines, automating processes, and building insightful dashboards to support organizational decision-making. Previous roles include Data Engineer and Data Analytics Manager at Illumio, where notable contributions involved integrating various data sources, implementing machine learning models, and enhancing administrative efficiency within People Operations.
