Yuna Peng

Yuna Peng is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in risk management and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at SoFi since November 2023, Yuna has previously held significant positions including Senior Vice President at Citi within the Chief Risk Office and Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Santander Consumer USA. Yuna's career began at the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Attorney-Advisor, with additional consulting and legal roles at Promontory Financial Group and Capital One Auto Finance. Yuna holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA from Trinity College, complemented by studies at Universität Salzburg.
