Anelia Dimova

Anelia Dimova has held various HR management roles throughout their career. Anelia started as an HR Manager at Roca Bulgaria in 2000, where they worked until 2004. Anelia then joined BTC as an HR Senior Manager from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they worked as an HR Manager at Solvay Sodi from 2007 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Anelia served as the Head of HR South-Eastern Europe at Aurubis Bulgaria. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sofia Airport, starting from December 2021.

Anelia Dimova obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership in 2012 from Cornell University. In 2019, they completed the Craft and Art of Coaching 1 program from Aligned Action International. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Economics - Varna, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Anelia also received the edX Honor Code Certificate for U.Lab: Transforming Business, Society, and Self in March 2015 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) through edX. It is unknown when they attended the English Language School in Shumen and if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
