Emilio Guzman Bejarano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1998, they started their career as an intern engineer at Airbus Military. Emilio then worked as a software engineer at Arión Grupo de Tecnologías Avanzadas for a brief period in 1999. Following that, they joined Indra in 1999 as an engineer, where they worked on projects related to energy control systems.

In 2003, Emilio became a project manager at Indra, where they handled technical offers and oversaw the design and implementation of a health digital app. Emilio also worked on the management of health history systems and electronic prescriptions. During their time at Indra, they gained experience as a DBA Oracle 8.

In 2007, Emilio joined Aena as an engineer at Seville Airport. Emilio later became the head of the Electricity and Airfield Lighting System department, where they managed a team of 20 individuals and achieved significant savings in electrical energy. Emilio was also responsible for the implementation of airport projects and repave works on the runway.

In 2023, Emilio advanced their career as they joined Sofia Airport as the Chief Technical Officer. In this position, they report directly to the CEO and holds a position on the Airport Operating Board. Their responsibilities include providing direction on the airport's comprehensive strategy and performance, managing operation and maintenance activities, overseeing technical projects, and working towards achieving safety, operational, and financial objectives.

Emilio Guzman Bejarano's education history begins in 1977 when they attended Colegio San Agustin Sevilla and earned a degree in EGB, focusing on general education. Emilio then attended Colegio Salesianos Trinidad from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Bachillerato with a field of study in BUP.

In 1991, Emilio Guzman Bejarano enrolled in Escuela Superior de Ingenieros in Sevilla, specializing in Industrial Engineering. Emilio completed their education in this field in 1998.

Throughout their career, Emilio Guzman Bejarano also pursued additional certifications. In 2004, they obtained the Oracle Certified Professional Oracle Database 8i certification from Oracle. In 2005, they completed the Foundation Certificate in ITIL, becoming certified in Service Management. Lastly, in 2008, Emilio Guzman Bejarano acquired the Master Risk Prevention Specialist certification in Health on the job, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics from Colegio oficial de Ingenieros Industriales Andalucía Occidental.

Sofia Airport

The main shareholder in the company is Meridiam, which owns 99% of the capital.
